Operating While Intoxicated Offenses Major Focus of Kiel Officers over Labor Day Weekend
During the Labor Day weekend, Kiel Officers joined law enforcement agencies statewide the Wisconsin Department of Transportation's "Over the Limit - Under Arrest" program.
