Attempted Robbery Suspect Sought

An attempted robbery occurred on December 12 at approximately 9:40PM in the parking lot of the Piggly Wiggly store.  A 48 year old female employee of Piggly Wiggly was leaving the store when a male subject approached her and demanded money.  The employee repeatedly told the subject she did not have any money.

The subject continued to demand money and began to follow her.  The employee was able to get to her vehicle and drive away. 

The subject fled the area on foot and responding Kiel officers were unable to locate the subject.  The subject is described as a male, late teens to early 20’s, approximately 6 feet tall, medium build, and was wearing blue jeans, blue nylon jacket, and black gloves.  The subject was also wearing a ski mask and did not display a weapon.
