| Officer Andrew Wagner and Officer John White were both formally sworn in and given their patrolman badges at a ceremony held at the Kiel City Council meeting on September 11th. Chief Funkhouser spoke highly of the newest members of the police department and welcomed them to the ranks of the Kiel Police Department. |
