New Parking Ordinance - Kiel High School

In response to a citizen request regarding safety and with the support of the police department and Kiel School District, the City of Kiel has revised and amended local ordinance #7.04 to restrict parking on the North side of Raider Heights between the entrance and exit to Kiel High School.  Vehicles parking in that area create a blind spot which has resulted in a safety concern for motorists attempting to leave the high school.  The area will be posted "No Parking" and the police department will begin to issue citations when violations are found by officers on patrol.
